African Original Safari is led by Johan Josephson who founded the company in 2007 and his team and partners have many years of experience in giving lucky hunters the special feeling of experiencing real hunting in Africa with big trophies of wild species – without surrounding fences.
The hunting area covers roughly 1800 square kilometers in the Selous, Masailand and areas around Ruaha where we conduct our hunting, depending on the desired game species.
The unique high-quality hunting we conduct in Tanzania and Zambia is in harmony with our conservation ideals.
Booking conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total daily fees is required to confirm your hunt. The balance of the daily price should be received at least 90 days before the start of the hunt. If full payment has not been received when you arrive in Tanzania, you will not be allowed to start your safari.
All trophy fees and additional costs are paid after the safari is completed.
All the lodges and camps we use on our hunts and safaris have been built with absolutely minimal impact on the local fauna and environment, all camps operate under our strict policy around optimized environment and wildlife management.
The hunt includes:
- Services of an experienced fully licensed professional hunter.
- 4 X 4 vehicle.
- Camp Staff, Tracker and Skinners.
- Accommodation, Meals and daily laundry during the hunt.
- All soft drinks and water.
- Field preparation and preservation of trophies and delivery to Dar es salaam.
- Conservation fee hunters.
- Observer Conservation Fees ($300 USD PER DAY).
